Arrow was engaged to undertake Project & Construction Management of the new High Performance Rowing Centre in Karapiro to be completed in time for the prestigious 2010 World
Rowing Champs.
Overlooking Lake Karapiro, the High Performance Centre incorporates the following features:

- rower’s kitchen / lounge

- external coaches boat sheds

UNIQUE ASPECTS
Despite having one of the wettest winters on record, the project was completed on time. The wet conditions also meant that drainage solutions had to be implemented to enable civil works to commence. Arrow was given a two week extension due the inclement weather and site conditions at the start of the project. However, this was not used and the original completion date was achieved.
