Complete redevelopment of the five level Clinical Services Building including an extensive retrofit with additions to the upper and lower levels. New Clinical Services Building departments include Emergency, Outpatients, Front Entry/Reception, Physiotherapy, Maternity, Medical and Surgical Wards, Day Surgery, Mortuary and Pharmacy plus additions to the theatre areas. Extensive infrastructure redevelopment including car parks and boiler house. Demolition of three significant multi level buildings. Significant efficiency gains in operation and maintenance costs. Change management – new cultural and operational work practices. Future proofed, flexible facilities.
