Since 2002 Arrow has assisted Vodafone with their 3G Network Installation Programme
Arrow's role was to complete the civil construction of each BTS site. This included site survey and set out, power supply, access road, the cell site construction including all excavation, piling and concrete foundations, earthing, Monopole manufacture, delivery and erection, outdoor shelter (if required), cabinet layout, 3-phase power, security fencing and landscaping. Health and safety, quality assurance and cost innovation were three key drivers of these projects.

Arrow completed over 100 new BTS sites, including several new rooftop sites under this delivery method. Predominantly in Auckland and Wellington, but also included projects in the Far North, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty regions. Arrow now has a team of project managers working out of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch Vodafone project offices. The prject has grown from humble beginnings and into on-going work with Vodafone.
