Site Manager

Arrow Remediate is a national company focused on the remediation market and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To preserve and enhance the reputation of Arrow International by maintaining an effective and professional relationship with the client
• Work in conjunction with the Construction Manager to ensure that the project risks are identified and managed
• Ensure that the project delivery complies with the company's standard procedures and systems, and the agreed quality standards with respect to workmanship and durability are met
• To work with the team to ensure that project expenditure is accurately controlled and reported versus the agreed client approved budget at regular monthly intervals.
• Ensure the Construction Manager is kept well informed and can therefore provide accurate information to the client with respect to all issues and developments on site
• Ensure that Arrow's Health & Safety Policy is adhered to with respect to health and safety legislation, ACC and industry best practice
