Quantity Surveyors

Arrow Quantity Surveyors work closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects are well set up and are responsible for the financial reporting and administration of individual or multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that project expenditure and billing is maintained within the agreed project budget
• Assist the Project Manager to ensure suitable and cost effective subcontractors are engaged
• Assist with the professional management of the project with particular focus on the administration
• Assist with keeping the client well informed and up to date and ensure Arrow is meeting the client's expectations
• Work with the project Team to ensure that the project is effectively managed from concept to completion and that risks are identified and managed
