Project Manager

A blend of huge interpersonal skills, "can do" attitude and intellect is required for these roles. Arrow Project Managers manage the design and construction phases of a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure Arrow becomes the clients preferred project manager by creating and fostering close relationships
• Ensure that the project risks are identified and managed
• Drive the design and phase of the project by working with the project team to successfully deliver the effective design and feasibility report to the client
• Manage and co-ordinate the documentation and potential statutory approvals and consents to ensure the project commences on time
• Ensure comprehensive programme is developed to identify phases of the project and any associated variables
• Control project expenditure within the agreed budget
• Manage the tendering process and engage suitable and effective contractors
• Ensure that project team meets the project's standards and targets
• Ensure construction phase is achieving objectives and milestones of the project plan and programme
• Ensure that Arrow's Health & Safety Policy is adhered to with respect to health and safety legislation, ACC and industry best practice
